Personnel from the Russian emergency services stand beside a body at the site of a plane crash in Belgorod province, some 600 km (370 miles) south of Moscow, in this still image taken from video footage March 5, 2011. A passenger jet that Russia was to deliver to Myanmar crashed during a training flight on Saturday, killing its Russian crew of four and two pilots from the Southeast Asian nation, officials said. The pilots from Myanmar were undergoing training aboard the plane, one of two aircraft being sold to Myanmar's government under a 2010 contract, UAC said.

http://rt.com/news/antonov-148-crash-russia-four/Since the new Mr.( reformer, read neo-liberalizer) President brought in his reformer Minister of Defense there has been a sharp increase of major accidents involving Russian military. Is this simply a coincident or these accidents have something that perhaps soldiers and officers do not get along with this Minister of Defense and are working under stressful working conditions?. In other words—does the leadership of this Minister of Defense is a source of extreme tension in the Russian armed forces? I distinctly remember around Christmas time last year a Russian military plane carrying closer t a 20 pilots went down and all onboard were killed. Accidents do happen but the frequency at which they are happing in the Russian armed forces in the last few years suggests that they have something to do with stressful working conditions of the military.
